Local climbing centre Yonder is now live steaming Yoga classes to help keep their centre open. You can book to join via their
East of Eden- Yoga
Yoga Centre East of Eden is live streaming their timetable - this will be 70+ classes per week, across yoga, Pilates and general fitness for all ages. They are also offering free daily meditation and will do daily kids and toddler yoga classes plus live streamed post natal yoga and Pilates. It’s a flat rate of £10 but if you can’t afford that, you can email for a code to get it for £5 or free. And they will do a daily meditation for free for everyone every morning from next week. Anna De Sousa – Yoga Teacher
Anna De Sousa is a local yoga teacher providing three classes a week online from her living
room! Monday 6pm - Yoga Flow: Spine Release, Wednesday 6pm - Vinyasa Flow and Friday 6pm - Yoga Flow: Arms, Glutes & Abs. She charges £5 per person and people can pay via PayPal.me/annadesousayoga. Once you pay Anna sends a code to use on Zoom.us – she will also give free places to anyone who has found themselves out of work as a result of the coronavirus crisis. The Underdog Gym
The Underdog Gym is offering free fitness videos
for people to use for free while in self isolation

PERSONAL TRAINING AND 1-2-1 COACHING
Huw Davies – Personal Coach
Huw Davies is a sports coach (running, triathlon, Level 3), kettlebell instructor and fitness coach. He is happy to offer some fitness sessions for free and to offer running coaching consultations for free, since people have more time for running at the moment. The free fitness sessions would be bodyweight sessions, like leg strength, core/midsection, upper body, as well as whole body sessions, with a duration of around 20 minutes. The free running consultations would cover optimising run training, looking at specific objectives etc, and be around 20 minutes

Sam George is a local personal trainer with a
private studio just by Lloyd

currently offering 1-1 Personal training online via
zoom as well as female only small group training

Lauren Lapeyre is a Personal Trainer and a Dietitian based at The Gym in Walthamstow. She has created home workout plans for some of her clients who have decided to stay home as they are classified as individuals at risk, and also for clients who live with vulnerable people. You can find these on her social media at @laura_pt_dietitan.
There are three different workouts per week including an upper body session, a lower body session and a full body session. She will give those who participate an additional session for a walk or a run outside (your choice to do it or not). The workouts will be different every week. There will be some pictures demonstrating each exercise, a warm up video and a guide for stretches. Users will also receive
some personalised nutritional advice in order to adapt their calories intake to their
reduced activity level. The weekly package is £50
for the first two weeks and reduced to £30 for to following weeks. You can purchase the plans on a weekly basis - each plan is send out on Sundays once Laura has received the payment.
